Get the Grow With It Recipe Book from Nestlé

Why not try some vegan Nachos using the Nestlé sensational mince?

Ingridents:

  • 30ml olive oil
  • 150g finely chopped onion
  • 500g Harvest Gourmet Sensational Mince
  • 1/2 tsp salt 
  • 2 tsp cumin
  • 1tsp onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp ground chilli
  • 1 tsp MAGGI vegetable booster
  • 200g BUITONI Sugo al Pomodoro (coulis)
  • 20g Chef black garlic paste
  • 1 tin black beans
  • 100ml water
  • 400g corn chips
  • 2 cups greated vegan cheese 

 

Method:

  1. Heat oil in a large pan and add onions. Cook until translucent
  2. Add Harvest Gourmet Sensational Ground Mince to pan and cook until brown, breaking up as you go
  3. Once mince is cooked, add all spices, MAGGI vegetable booster, Chef black garlic paste, BUITONI Sugo al Pomodoro (coulis) and the black beans and cook for a further 2 mins, then set aside.
  4. Preheat oven to 180 degrees 
  5. Spread corn chips onto a tray, top with vegan mince mix and cover with greated vegan cheese ensuring most of the mince are covered.
  6. Bake for 15 minutes or until cheese has melted
  7. Serve immediately
