Why not try some vegan Nachos using the Nestlé sensational mince?
Ingridents:
- 30ml olive oil
- 150g finely chopped onion
- 500g Harvest Gourmet Sensational Mince
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 2 tsp cumin
- 1tsp onion powder
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp ground chilli
- 1 tsp MAGGI vegetable booster
- 200g BUITONI Sugo al Pomodoro (coulis)
- 20g Chef black garlic paste
- 1 tin black beans
- 100ml water
- 400g corn chips
- 2 cups greated vegan cheese
Method:
- Heat oil in a large pan and add onions. Cook until translucent
- Add Harvest Gourmet Sensational Ground Mince to pan and cook until brown, breaking up as you go
- Once mince is cooked, add all spices, MAGGI vegetable booster, Chef black garlic paste, BUITONI Sugo al Pomodoro (coulis) and the black beans and cook for a further 2 mins, then set aside.
- Preheat oven to 180 degrees
- Spread corn chips onto a tray, top with vegan mince mix and cover with greated vegan cheese ensuring most of the mince are covered.
- Bake for 15 minutes or until cheese has melted
- Serve immediately
