JOB DESCRIPTION

We are a busy restaurant/ bar open 7 days a week focusing on Mediterranean cuisine 

We are searching for an experienced person to join our team. You must be dynamic and passionate about service and engagement.

You will demonstrate creativity and confidence, and be passionate about ensuring our guests receive a thoughtful and individual service with clever and unexpected touches and an individual's style.

REQUIREMENTS

  • WSET L 1
  • 1 years experience as a waiter in a similar environment
  • Excellent food and wine knowledge
  • A strong understanding of run of service in a busy restaurant/café
  • Experience using POS systems
  • Able to carry 3 plates (or willing to learn how)
  • An expert communicator – with customers and fellow staff
  • Applicants must be flexible and be available to work a variety of day and weekend shifts
