This is a full time role with salary $25-$28 per hour, depending on experience.

The successful candidate will have these key requirements:
  

• Experience in a busy restaurant/bar is essential and your pay rate will mirror your experience
• Customer focused and motivated
• Able to handle busy sections over multi tables and larger groups in one sitting
• Be well presented, enthusiastic and professional
• Deliver a high standard of drink making and wine handling
• Great energy and ability to engage with your customers
• Must be able to work late nights and weekends
• The ability to work calmly when under pressure
• Excellent communication skills
