JOB DESCRIPTION

We are located in Manly perfect beachside location with three levels of different vibes with great views. We offer balance rostering and salary to suitable candidates(Full-Time, Part time, Casual / Sous chef, J. Sous, CDP) chefs to join our team. Our team has achieved listing on AGFG, Good Food Guide reviews and much more. Ground floor is focusing on pub style food while middle floor is more fine and focusing on semi - fine dining tapas, wine bar using wood fire grill. We are looking for chefs to join our signature wine room department.

 

Sous chef / J.Sous chef (Full-Time) 

$(75,000 ~ 85,000)K

You must have

  • Minimum 3 years' experience as a senior chef roll
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multifaceted kitchen operations
  • A natural team player with good attitudes
  • Training, developing and cross-training all team members
  • Managing seasonal menu change
  • Ordering stock from various suppliers
  • Commercial Cookery Degree

RECOMMENDED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE

Sous chef
