Greenwoods Cafe is looking for a Skilled and Passionate Sous-Chef to ensure the standards are kept to the highest!

Greenwoods is a small Eatery Cafe with high standards of service, presentation and professionalism. We're very proud of the environment we've created and we're looking for a like-minded professional to help us maintain and improve a positive and enjoyablework environment.

Our Senior Sous-Chef will have a great deal of autonomy in the kitchen and will lead service at least 3 days a week.

Duties connected will include:

• Produce high quality plates both design and taste wise
• Ensure that the kitchen operates in a timely way that meets our quality standards
• Fill in for the Head Chef in planning and directing food preparation when necessary
• Being responsible for the overall run of the kitchen when Head Chef isn't on site
• Resourcefully solve any issues that arise and seize control of any problematic situation
• Order supplies to stock inventory appropriately
• Maintain a positive and professional approach with co-workers and customers
