The Birdcage Tavern is looking for a full time sous chef to join our team. This role is perfect for a chef that's making their way up the kitchen ladder. We specialize in functions (platter food), craft beer, gins, pub lunches and quizes and are located in Freemans Bay next to Victoria Park. We are a small family run business with a great team and a offer a relaxed work atmosphere. More perks include: 9.30pm finishes expect Friday and Saturdays which are Midnight, free staff meals and free staff drinks.
