A bit about you:

You'll be someone with 3+ years' wait staff experience in an a la carte restaurant and is flexible to work our busy shifts which tends to be nights and weekends. You'll be confident overseeing your own section of the restaurant, providing exceptional customer service and drawing on your extensive food & wine knowledge to ensure all needs are met to the highest standard.
