JOB DESCRIPTION

We are looking for hungry Mystery Shoppers to join our AVC Secret Sipper team. Our Secret Sippers are responsible for visiting our venues and providing feedback about their customer experience while posing as ordinary customers. Our Sippers will visit a venue on average once per month and will be required to submit detailed reports on your findings in a timely manner.

To be successful as a Secret Sipper, you should be able to masquerade as a regular customer while remaining detail oriented. Ultimately, top-notch Secret Sippers will possess excellent communication and memorization skills, and the ability to always remain impartial. 

Responsibilities

  • Traveling to assigned store locations.
  • Remaining discreet while you pose as a regular customer.
  • Interacting with employees in venues gauge customer service.
  • Inspecting the venue environment to detect possible concerns and areas for improvement.
  • Purchasing random and specific items to assess product quality.
  • Retaining receipts as proof of purchase for later reimbursement.
  • Completing and submitting a written report detailing the shopping experience after each store visit.
  • Disclosing competing interests, including prior loyalty to or dislike of stores or products.
  • Maintaining secret shopper

  • Availability to perform 12 venue visits per year

Remittance 

  • Secret Sippers will be remitted an amount off $200 per audit + additional $30 food allowance. 
  • Sippers will be required to raise an invoice to the full $230 value post audit and submit to AVC for payment.
