JOB DESCRIPTION

An excellent opportunity is available for an experienced Restaurant Manager looking to share their passion for food and wine whilst furthering their career.  Reporting to our Business Manager, this dynamic role leads a team to oversee the day-to-day operations.

  • We are open 7 days (9am-5pm), therefore the position will require weekend commitments but no nightshifts required.
  • Motivating a successful team in achieving key objectives
  • Ensuring smooth operational running of the venue
  • Contributing to innovative upselling
  • Using performance management, conflict resolution and team building skills to ensure team cohesion in a busy environment

REQUIREMENTS

Requirements

We are searching for a passionate and engaging individual with highly developed leadership and management skills.  Your flair for hospitality is balanced with impeccable customer service and communication skills.  As someone with a naturally friendly and positive approach, you also have strong computer skills and commercial acumen.  

  • RSA Certified 
  • Experience in dealing with demanding customers
  • Ability to understand, embrace and capitalise on change
  • Strong communication and influencing skills.
  • Proven record of Sales success and delivery to targets
  • Wine sales experience preferred

 



Interview required
