Here at Noel's Bar & Restaurant we are looking for a dedicated member of staff who is available to work weekends between 5pm-11pm and weekday evenings at busy periods. Restaurant Host is the front facing role within the company. You must ensure all our guests receive a positive, warm and professional first and last impression of the Restaurant. Develop relationships with regular guests and maintain privacy and professionalism when dealing with high profile guests.
You will be aware of booking procedures and arrange and communicate reservations in an efficient way, assisting in maximising table occupancy.
You will ensure all reservations are communicated to the management & kitchen team. You will be required to work at a fast pace under direction and able to be flexible in your approach and confident speaking with customers.
We are offering approximately 2-3 days of work a week which mostly over the weekends.
Please note: You should have a minimum up to 2 years previous experience in the above or similar roles.
