Pastry Chef
Blanket Bay are currently inviting expressions of interest for the following.
PASTRY CHEF
Proven experience in a quality fine dining environment, we are seeking a candidate with sound organisational skill, kitchen management, creativity in menu design.
Must have 3-4 years of experience in a fine dining setting. 8 to 9 hours per day, must be able to work independently.
Hold relevant qualifications such as NZQF Level 2.
The position involves menu planning, preparation and presentation to a very high standard.
This is a full time, permanent position with a minimum of thirty hours per week. The minimum rate of pay is $32 per hour and the maximum is $37 per hour. The is a rostered position and shifts will fall on all days of the week.
All leave entitlements are as per New Zealand legislation.
