JOB DESCRIPTION

Our beachfront cafes, Crew Burleigh and Borough Barista are looking for an experienced barista/onsite manager with minimum 4 years of coffee experience in fast-paced environment (50 kg/week)

What staff LOVE about our venues:

😍 Small space hence MUCH less cleaning efforts compared to huge venues

🥰GREAT operating hours: 6am to 2pm everyday

😍 BREACH FRONT location: you get to see sunrise everyday!

🥰LOVELY local customers

RECOMMENDED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE

Duty Manager

Please note: You should have a minimum 2 years previous experience in the above or similar roles.

REQUIREMENTS

This is a permanent full time role, 38hr pew week. Salary between $60,000- $65,000. Immediate start

- The candidate must have at least 4 years coffee experience with good knowledge of coffee . You need to be able to dial and season coffee machine. -

- Substantial experience in staff management and customer service is a must.

- High emotional intelligence.
