REQUIREMENTS

A bit about the role

There is a variety of front desk and accounting duties for this night role, you will work closely with a small team to ensure our late arriving guests and early check outs are looked after and have the best possible experience staying with us.  You will also have a Night Auditor reporting to you on shift.

A bit about you

You will have superb communication and customer service skills to ensure exceptional guest service. You will have previously worked a front office leadership position with experience running the night shift preferably.

  • Exposure to Property Management System - Opera
  • Available to work from 23:00 - 07:30 5 nights a week
  • Minimum 3 years experience in the Hotel Industry working in the front office
  • Qualification in hospitality or business
