JOB DESCRIPTION

Join our exciting venture as we establish Ayrburn, a multi-venue hospitality destination located in the heart of the growing Arrowtown and Lake Hayes basin. Heritage farm buildings have been reimagined into restaurants, bars, providores, and activities. Works are well underway on this foodie paradise, opening phase one in December, '23.


We are committed to creating an exceptional guest experience and are dedicated to offering outstanding service, food and beverages to our guests.  As we continue to grow and open more venues within Ayrburn we are seeking creative and energetic mixologists & bar staff to join our team, who can utilise the offerings of the land, to create magic. 

Tasks include menu creation, recommendations, wine matches, training and service of beverages and cocktails. Full time, 30+hours / week and part time roles available, with a competitive hourly rate, discounts on food and beverage and transportation to and from your shift, Ayrburn offers many attractive benefits to our team members with local accommodation also available. 

As a 7 day a week precinct, you will need to be available to work nights and weekends. With career progression encouraged these roles will take a high level of commitment and drive, especially as we go live and make the business a success.
