Botswana Butchery and White + Wong's Queenstown are currently seeking for enthusiastic and positive Kitchen Porters to join their teams. These are both fast paced and very popular restaurants, so experience is preferred.
 
Reporting to the respective Head Chef, you will be required to undertake the day to day cleaning jobs that will be set out as well as some of the following core tasks:

• Date and label all items.
• Follow recipes to ensure consistency.
• Wrap and store items correctly.
• Ensure safe food handling practices and procedures at all times.

The successful applicants will have:

• Good communication skills
• Be comfortable working under pressure 
• Extremely clean and tidy
• Well presented
• Hardworking and professional
• 100% committed, fully focused and reliable
