JOB DESCRIPTION

This is an exciting opportunity to begin or grow your career in the hospitality / wine industry and become an integral member of one of Australia’s leading Restaurant / Wineries on the stunning Mornington Peninsula.

For over 32 years Paringa Estate has produced award winning wines in Red Hill on the Mornington Peninsula. Our adjoining restaurant overlooking the vineyard has received its Seventh consecutive chef’s hat in the Age Good Food Guide. 

The successful applicant will have an unpretentious attitude, good communication skills, and a willingness to work as part of a team. 

Applicants must be able to demonstrate:

  • Previous experience working in fine dining preferred
  • A good wine knowledge an advantage
  • Be able to recommend food & wine parings
  • Dedicated to providing high quality service at a consistent level
  • Self-motivated, professional, with a keen eye for detail
  • Passion for food & wine
  • Must have current RSA
  • Have good Communications skills
  • Must be available to work Friday to Sunday for any Lunch and dinner service
