The role will require a variety of shifts, so we’re looking for someone who is flexible and keen to support all areas of the hostel. As the Duty Manager, you are responsible for the smooth operation of the property and will have the opportunity to implement new and fresh ideas with the support of the Property Manager. Working closely with the Property Manager, this role will provide the successful candidate with the opportunity to demonstrate problem solving skills, exceptional leadership and the focus of this role is all about ensuring our guests enjoy their stay at The Pint on Punt
Some help in the bar may also be required
