JOB DESCRIPTION

Chiosco by Ormeggio is a waterside, casual Italian restaurant that's nestled at the Jetty of d'Albora Marinas in Mosman. Located right next door to Ormeggio at the Spit surrounded by water views, we are open Tuesday to Sunday for takeaway, and dine-in lunch and dinner.

Ormeggio at The Spit, located at d’Albora Marina in Mosman, is a buzzy Italian seafood fine-dining restaurant and Cocktail Bar. It has two chef hats, is often listed among Australia’s top restaurants and has an incredible team of skilled people from all over the world in its team.

CALLING ALL HOSPITALITY PROFESSIONALS!!!

Flexible hours. Full Time, Part Time and Casual roles available. 

We are recruiting for a variety of roles for an immediate start:

  • Section Waiters with minimum one year experience in fast-paced restaurants
  • Food Runner - no experience needed, we will train you
  • Sommelier - minimum one year experience
  • Chefs of all levels - minimum one year experience in similar environment
  • Host - restaurant experience preferred 
  • Kitchen Hands - no experience required, we will train you
  • Bartenders - minimum one year bar experience

REQUIREMENTS

  • Current working visa
  • Good English verbal skills 
  • Very good personal grooming standards  
  • Ability to multi-task, work under pressure, use common sense and work as a team player 
  • Excellent attention to detail  
  • NSW RSA (if applicable)
  • Positive attitude and willing to both learn, share, and participate 
  • Love of food and providing fantastic experiences for the customer! 
  • Hours can vary and can include weekend and holiday work
