We are looking for a waiter/waitress wanting to take the next step. Fine dining Italian restaurant with established clientele mainly from the media world.
Small team to help manage, including training people, daily paperwork, some opening and closing duties. A muck in approach to service, helping out when necessary.
Must speak english and have a passion for Italian traditions, history, food and drink.
Perks including food while in the restaurant. Learning about Italian food & wine. Taxi provided if working after midnight.

Upmarket Italian restaurant in Soho established for 50 years. Very regular clients. We are a traditional Italian restaurant, which moves along with the times and is loved by the local community. We are not here to wow, just serve good Italian food based on our Umbrian heritage. We change the menu twice a day, and it always includes a few of our home made pasta dishes. Every dish is based on only a few simple ingredients.
