JOB DESCRIPTION

2 Positions available for the right candidates 

Basilico is an Italian Woodfired pizzeria and cucina that is family owned and run since 2002. We have a love for great quality food and excellent customer service. 

We have two locations in Melbourne and we are looking for a full time chef at our Glen Waverley/Mount Waverley location  

Applicants must be fully qualified with many years experience in Italian cusine. 

* Have a good knowledge of industry trends

* Delivering outstanding dining experience though consistancy and prompt service

* Be exceptionally orgamnised and have accute attention to detail

* Able to cook well on pan and grill

* Organising stock and ordering

* Adapt to existing menu but input will be required 

* Work closely with management and front of house

* Have a genuine love for cooking

Please note: You should have a minimum 2 years previous experience in the above or similar roles.

REQUIREMENTS

- Fully Qualified Chef 

- Italian Cuisine experience 

Shifts 

- Tuesday to Thursday from 3pm

- Friday to Sunday 12pm till close ( split )



Interview required

Induction/onboarding required prior to starting role
