We are looking for a full time senior sous chef /aspiring head chef that has the experience to run and build a team in a busy modern bistro.
The candidate must have held a similar role in the past and have some international experience in good restaurants.
European experience a bonus.
Must be able to cook with confidence and work under pressure and be a part of menu development.
Attention to detail, and ability to lead and train a team.
Great location and fun team.
Good remuneration and on going opportunities within the business for the right candidate.
No opportunity for sponsorship.
Reasonable restaurant hours.
We operate Tuesday to Sunday evenings but roster will generally be for 5 working days , 6 during busy periods
