We are getting ready for our busiest summer yet and are on the search for an experienced Head Chef to join our team to help take Mr Brightside to the next level!
With a range of offerings from sharing plates, mains and sides, our ideal candidate will be an all rounder in the kitchen who can hit the ground running and will have a leading hand in creativity and new menu designs.
Day to day tasks will include;
- Standard opening and closing procedures
- Induction, training and development of the kitchen staff
- Manage and control kitchen stock
- Weekly rostering and wage costings
- Management of the Food Control Plan
- Ensuring a smooth service and customer satisfaction
- Produce new menu offerings and pricing, keeping things fresh, innovate and seasonal
- Attend weekly management meetings
- Adhering to all legal requirements of the business especially health and safety standards of the kitchen

Please note this role will include weekend and late night work.
Minimum of 3 years in a head chef or sous chef role.
