Looking for a strong Head Chef who can hit the ground running in an extremely fast paced cafe/restaurant environment. Someone to lead a 120pax seating capacity business into the next level of long term growth.   Hands on and being well organised will be key to this successful growth.

Must be efficient and switched on in the following areas: 

• Daily operations of food preparation, presentation and service
• Stock control and purchasing
• Rosters
• Creative seasonal menu planning and pricing
• Ability to pivot to cater for evening functions and events
• Leading and motivating all staff, maintaining high staff moral

Attributes we are looking for in a candidate:

• 2 + years of experience in a similar fast-paced venue in a similar role.
• Hardworking and enthusiastic
• Creative
• Punctual
• Well groomed, takes pride in appearance for foh attendance
• Clean, efficient, and organised in kitchen
• Excellent communication skills
• Good team spirit
• Ability to build solid relationships with suppliers, and maintain the best possible pricing contracts
• Be genuine and honest
