We are looking for a talented and experienced bartender wishing to join our Omni Bar team at Pullman Auckland. This role is for a passionate individual who not only has a strong desire to perfect their craft and provide a memorable guest experience at all times, but also who has a strong leadership skills and is able to lead the Omni Bar team. You will be the face of our business for every guest that walks through our door.

You will enjoy leading and motivating staff members and gain satisfaction in seeing your team grow.

PLAY TO YOUR STRENGTHS

Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Providing attentive and personalized service for all guests and visitors to ensure a memorable experience
• Leading all beverage related trainings to the team
• Creating an attractive atmosphere in Omni bar through service and ambiance
• Deliver beverages and meals to our guests across Food & Beverage outlets
• Organising purchases for optimum beverage cost
• Adhering to Responsible Service of Alcohol Legislation
• Daily preparation and closing of bar area, including stock management and cleaning duties.

REAL PLACE, REAL PEOPLE

Whilst talent and attitude are our primary requirements, ideally you also have:

• -Articulate verbal communication
• Must have a PASSION for delivering a wonderful experience to all guests as well as food and beverage
• Previous bar experience, preferably in 4 or 5 star hotel environment
• Ability to multitask and to work independently as well as with the team
• Great attention to details
• Capacity to work well under pressure and to strict time lines
• Flexibility in Availability 
• LCQ Qualification and barista knowledge preferred, including understanding of spirits, beer, and wine.
