Head Barista - Canberra Airport

Airport Retail Enterprises is a well-established and successful Australian owned and operated business operating airport food and beverage concessions across Australia including Melbourne, Sydney, Brisbane, Canberra, Gold Coast, Townsville and Mt Isa Airports.

We are seeking an experienced and self-driven Head Barista for our newest Multi-Outlet Food & Beverage Operation at the Canberra Airport.

Duties include-:

• High quality customer service and hands on Barista in a high volume, fast paced Airport environment.
• Co-ordinating all Coffee related needs at the Canberra Airport and building relationships providing advice on coffee quality and service standards.
• Liaising with the ONA Coffee brand and co-ordinating through them the needs of their brand, training schedules, reports on barista skill levels and equipment needs and updates.
• Auditing on coffee shot dosages and times to ensure consistency and quality and control of stock levels.
• Reporting on the individual stores in regards to coffee volume, sales vs coffee sales, number of cups sold and average sales.

• Assist and influence the coffee operations to improve speed of service and functionality.
