JOB DESCRIPTION

ALMA'S is a Middle Eastern, traditional street food concept. It highlights the true core of a much loved food culture via a deep understanding of fuelling the body and soul through nutritional, honest and authentic food. We use a charcoal grill to cook our meats and chickens and offer a wide range of share plates and mezze.

Our Wetherill Park store is looking for eager Grillers and Pans Chefs to join the team! 20-35 hours available, award rate and immediate start.

Commis Chef

Cook

REQUIREMENTS

We are looking for chefs with:

  • 1+ years experience in a similar high volume kitchen environment
  • Char or flame grill experience is beneficial
  • A Certificate III in Commercial Cookery qualification preferable
  • WH&S compliant with strict food hygiene practices
  • Reliable travel or able to commute to Wetherill Park
