The Abercrombie has returned bigger and better, our multi-level heritage-listed space has undergone an incredible transformation with three venues now under the one roof.

On ground floor is the Abercrombie’s incredible performance and club space, public bar, and beer garden. The best party crews in Sydney, including House of Mince, Sweat it Out, Future Classic, Purple Sneakers, and Motorik!, are set to host incredible, curated events - and with a 24-hour license, expect some epic, non-stop parties.

For a more relaxed atmosphere, patrons venture upstairs to Casa Rosa, a playful, late-night Italo-disco cocktail lounge and rooftop terrace with an eclectic mix of DJs on high rotation throughout the week. Inspired by the iconic Palazzo Chupi ‘pink house’ in New York, this inner-Sydney cocktail bar is about dancing on the tables late into the night (and through to the early morning). 

Our guests can also head into the adjoining terraces, for Chippendale's (very) late-night wine bar and shop, Lil Sis. Inspired by the charming ‘cave à vins’ found in the neighbourhoods of Paris. 

The wines span old to new world, natural and biodynamic through to the more traditional. But there’s no pomp and pretension about the place, just a refreshingly simple drinks menu and friendly staff.
  
Our kitchen cultivates creativity producing a stellar Mediterranean-inspired menu across all three floors.

The Role

As General Manager, you will be at the helm of Abercrombie and be responsible for the overall management and performance of the venue. 
  
Your role will involve all of the venue essentials including overseeing the daily operations, overseeing venue financials, back of house administration and banking, training and developing the team, hiring staff, partnering with marketing on new promotions, rostering and ensuring the guest experience is memorable each time.
