Wood Street Pizzeria is looking for experienced Front of House professionals to join our crew.

We’re not into buzzwords, we’re after people who genuinely care about hospitality, who understand good service, communicate with ease, and know how to make people feel looked after.

We’re a well-established, much-loved local pizzeria with a reputation for simple, honest food and warm, efficient service. It’s fast-paced, friendly, and real, and we’re looking for team members who reflect that.

People with solid hospitality experience, especially in busy, casual venues

Team players who bring reliability, consistency, and a bit of personality to the floor

Availability to work nights and weekends, and ready to start soon

Requirements

• Minimum 1–2 years experience in a busy hospitality environment

• Strong communication skills and a natural customer-focused approach

• Ability to work evenings and weekends

• NZ residency, citizenship, or a valid work visa

• Must be reliable, punctual, and present well

• Smart-casual dress standard required (neat, tidy, and practical for service)

• Duty Manager’s Certificate (advantageous but not essential)
