ABOUT THE ROLE

Four Points by Sheraton Auckland is currently working with the Ministry of Health on a temporary arrangement to utilise the hotel as a managed isolation facility to help our fellow kiwis return home.
To ensure the safety and wellbeing of our staff and guests, we have, in conjunction with the Ministry of Health, enhanced hotel policies and procedures in place during this time and full training and support will be given to you. This is a unique opportunity to work with different services such as Ministry of Health, CCDHB, NZDF and NZ Police whilst we all do our bit to protect New Zealand bring kiwis home. 

• Understand menu content, any menu changes, and promotional activities
• Answer Guest queries 
• Follow all company Health and safety and security policies and procedures 
• Complete safety training and certifications.
• Ensure uniform and personal appearance are clean and professional.

• Flexible and reliable
• Genuine excitement and passion for the industry.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.
• Ability to multi-task and work in a team
• Previous hotel experience preferred.
