Raffles Hotel is looking for confident floor / wait staff (bonus points if you have confidence in bar as well!).
We are expecting you to be confident in running a section, holding 3 plates, comfortable speaking confidently to customers, able to work in fast past environment and able to handle a set menu function.
Plenty of hours to offer at the moment and you must be available most Friday/Saturdays and dinner service hours.
Please note: You should have a minimum 2 years previous experience in the above or similar roles.
