About the role

We are looking for a mature & responsible Full-time F&B Supervisor to help us lead our team! The right candidate would be passionate about hospitality and all things food and wine, with a positive attitude and roster flexibility. We are looking for a food & beverage supervisor to work a range of shifts, with no late nights. We are a busy Hotel venue with conference, bar & restaurant - be ready for action!

  • Oversee dinner service with the Restaurant manager  
  • Time management/ multi-tasking skills 
  • Handling guest enquiries and complaints professionally 
  • Staff development and training 
  • Assisting running a large team
  • We are also looking for a specific attitude and personality to fit in with our tight-knit team.

RECOMMENDED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE

Food & Beverage Supervisor

Please note: You should have a minimum up to 6 months previous experience in the above or similar roles.


REQUIREMENTS

Minimum 6 months experience in a similar role

First aid certificate advantageous

DM Certificate advantageous

 



Interview required

Induction/onboarding required prior to starting role
