Are you a passionate and skilled Sous, CDP, Head Chef, Executive Chef looking for an exciting opportunity to showcase your culinary talents? We  are seeking dedicated and creative Chefs. As a Chef you will play a crucial role in maintaining our client’s reputation for culinary excellence. You will have the opportunity to work alongside a talented team(s), contribute to menu development, and create memorable dishes that delight their patrons.

Key Responsibilities:
 

  • Prepare and cook a wide range of dishes, ensuring high standards of taste and presentation.
  • Collaborate with the culinary team.
  • Maintain a clean and organized kitchen, adhering to food safety and sanitation guidelines.
  • Manage inventory, control food costs, and minimize waste.
  • Train and mentor junior kitchen staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment.

Please note: You should have a minimum up to 1 year previous experience in the above or similar roles.


REQUIREMENTS

Qualifications:
 

  • Proven experience as a Chef in a fine dining or upscale restaurant, Pub/Hotel setting
  • Culinary degree or equivalent certification preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of culinary techniques, including but not limited to cooking, baking, and pastry.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
  • Passion for food and a commitment to delivering outstanding dining experiences.
