You will be working along-side a committed team with a strong service emphasis and a great work environment.  We are looking for a talented and motivated Sous Chef who will thrive working in a busy, fast paced, and high-volume venue. White + Wong’s is a well-established brand within Good Group Hospitality Ltd, focusing on South-east Asian fusion in a fun dining setting.

REQUIREMENTS

The successful candidate will have these key requirements: 

  • Must have 2-5 years’ experience in a similar role. Your pay rate will mirror your experience.
  • Must have amazing communication skills between the kitchen and front of house
  • The ability to work calmly when under pressure
  • Must be able to work late nights and weekends
  • Full working rights in NZ
  • ‘Can-Do’ attitude, ready to face a busy service head on
  • Be ready to be part of a high quality, high volume, and fast paced operation
