We are actively looking for confident, skilled and enthusiastic Duty Managers for our Little High and Riverside Market based restaurants.

Central Grains Group includes: Sushi Soldier & Eightgrains (Little High), Midnight Shanghai, Ramen Ria, Gelato & Tea (Riverside Market), Table of Munchies in Merivale and our Central Grains Prep Kitchen & Warehouse.

Duty Manager responsibilities include:

• Overseeing daily operations when on shift
• Ensuring excellent food and service standards
• Team productivity in monitoring efficiency of all processes, stock and cash management
• Creating a positive and safe work environment for staff

Ultimately, you will ensure all operations flow smoothly and help us meet our company goals.
Our Duty Managers will also be eligible to work towards an excellent and highly achievable monthly bonus structure rewarding excellence in operational and service standards. Please note to be considered for our Duty Manager roles you will have at least 2 years minimum hospitality (food & beverage) experience and should have already completed your LCQ, however should you meet the relevant experience criteria but not have an LCQ please get in touch as we may be willing to support standouts applicants in this process.
