We are looking for a motivated and experienced candidate with exceptional customer service skills for full-time Duty Manager role.
A successful applicant will have exceptional customer service skills, along with positive attitude and strong service knowledge.

You have worked for a similar premium high-volume restaurant at supervisory level for at least 3 years
You have a current Manager’s Certificate or LCQ
You have passion for providing exceptional guest service
You are an excellent problem solver
You have exceptional leadership and communication skills
You are passionate about serving simply the best food and wine
You love to work within a great team environment and enjoy fast paced service
You get a buzz from working hard and getting great results
You are confidently able to multitask and have strong guest relations skills
You understand how a restaurant works, are familiar with online reservations systems
You would like to build on a successful career in the hospitality industry
Willingness to work during peak hours, including evenings, weekends and public holidays

Please note: You should have a minimum up to 2 years previous experience in the above or similar roles.

Achieve top line sales
Ensure good roster management
Assist in recruitment
Focus on staff development and training
Ensure the establishment is clean and tidy at all times
Deal with guest enquiries, including emailing and taking phone calls
Ensure maintenance of equipment, facility, and grounds
Ensure Health and Safety is met at all levels
Manage and conform with regulatory licensing requirements
