JOB DESCRIPTION

We're seeking experienced hospitality Duty Managers to join our management team here at Union Post

REQUIREMENTS

Role:

  • Management of staff on shift
  • Uphold Liquor Licensing laws
  • Carry out day-to-day running of the bar & restaurant
  • Training new employees
  • Stock control
  • Providing the high level of customer care our company strives for
  • Must be willing to work nights and weekends 

We view this as a long-term position within our group and will provide coaching and training for personal growth. Starting with a six week training plan to get you settled into the way GSH do things.

Previous Experience:

  • Have a passion for the hospitality industry 
  • Hold a valid managers cert for 1+ years
  • Have 1+ Years’ experience in similar leadership role
  • Have great written and oral communication
  • Able to work well within a team
