A Kitchen hand can hold many different back of the house jobs including, Dishwasher, Kitchen Hand

• We are looking for a Dishwasher
• An energetic/outgoing person to take care of our dishes section, you select the day as this is Evening Work Only. From 5.00pm until 10.30pm minimum 12 hours/week or can do more shifts. 

• Must live within 5 kilometres of where our restaurant is situated. Parnell. So if you live in the Auckland CBD, Newmarket, Parnell, Britomart or surrounding areas
• Must be able to lift heavy stock items independently.
• Experience in high volume cafe/restaurant environment, is an advantage however not necessary
• Good communication skills.
• Must be able to follow direction and work independently.
• General day to day cleaning only within the Kitchen

shifts: 

• Tuesday - Sunday

Work Eligibility:

• Job includes: 

  Operate an industrial dishwasher, washing dishes and glassware by hand when necessary

  Unload dishes, silverware, and glassware from Dishwashing Machine

  Carry out basic cleaning tasks within the premises

  Assist chefs and waitstaff as required, especially during peak hours

  Escalate major issues where necessary (e.g. safety risks, equipment failure)
  Other duties as requested
