We require a kitchen manager to join our team. We have a simple, small but strong menu (Burgers, Cafe classics etc) which is why we're not looking for someone with huge amounts of experience. This position is ideal for a practiced Sous chef or a passionate CDP looking to move up. You will be rostering a small team of Full time employees which makes it very simple (not constantly having to fill casual shifts)
The position requires someone who has a passion for food, can get their rosters airtight and most importantly, works well with others.
you will be responsible for overseeing the kitchen, running service and maintaining stock control. You will work closely with the Venue Manager on seasonal menu changes and creating rotating specials each fortnight.

This is a full-time position. 40-45 hours per week. 5 days on two days off. All day shifts 7am - 3pm.
