JOB DESCRIPTION

Wynyard Pavilion is on the hunt for our next super star chef.

We operate as a coffee till cocktail venue right on the waterfront in the sunny Wynyard quarter.

Task's include but no limited too

  • monitoring quality of dishes at all stages of preparation and presentation
  • discussing food preparation issues with Managers, Dietitians and kitchen and waiting staff
  • demonstrating techniques and advising on cooking procedures
  • preparing and cooking food
  • explaining and enforcing hygiene regulations
