Commis Chef – Pastry (Part time)
In this role you will be a key driver in bringing to life our all-new French boulangerie, Chou Chou. You will work as part of a small team to produce pastries and gateaux for Chou Chou and other hotel areas.
Commis Chef – Bistro Jacque (Part time)
Bistro Jacque is a welcoming gastro pub located above Central Station in the hotel’s lower lobby. In this role you will prepare casual lunches and dinners, bar snacks and other a la carte offerings.
Work hours are Monday to Friday only between 10AM to 9PM.
Commis Chef – Breakfast (Part time)
In this role you will produce breakfast menu items for our signature buffet and a la carte dining in Suzette Restaurant.
This involves early starts with shift times from 4AM to 12PM.
