Bloody Mary's is Christchurch's number one steakhouse. Drawing from the classy chop houses made famous in New York, Bloody Mary's provides a dining experience like no other. With a focus on premium Canterbury beef and lamb and of course fine South Island wines, we're looking for like-minded individuals who share a love for fine food and exceptional service.

The right candidate would be passionate about hospitality and all things cocktails & mixology, with a positive attitude and roster flexibility. We are looking for  to work a range of afternoon or evening shifts, with no late nights. We are a busy bar & restaurant - be ready for action!

Skills and experience

Previous experience in hospitality certainly help, including but not exclusive to:

- Cocktail making

- Time management/ multitasking skills

- Basic food and beverage knowledge

We are also looking for a specific attitude and personality to fit in with our tight-knit team.



We are prepared to provide extensive training and onboarding but you must be:

- Enthusiastic & committed

- Very well presented with excellent communication

- Passionate about food & wine

- Ready to make an impression and exceed expectations
