The Role

Main responsibilities include but not limited to:

Ensure quality of dishes at all stages of preparation and presentation -Ensure that recipes and proportions are adhered to, to ensure consistency, quality and cost control

Demonstrating techniques and advising on cooking procedures

Preparing and cooking food to a consistently high standard

Ensure all food is prepped and portion controlled prior to service to ensure no food prep is required to be completed during service

Ensuring clear communication between the kitchen, front of house and management team

Operate and manage company systems

Understand and comply with all other relevant policies and procedures

Adhering to the food control plan and cleaning standards and processes within the kitchen

Salary is dependent upon experience and the role you step into.
