You will be required to work alongside with a highly experienced and motivated team lead by Our Executive Chef with over 20 years experience, you would require to achieve the jobs in hand and maintain the high standards of the busy kitchen.
We are looking for super stars who want to showcase their skills, have the right attitude and who thrive on engaging with our valued guests to help us take our businesses to the next level!

The role requires:

• Preparation and cooking.
• Overseeing, maintain and run all sections in kitchen.
• Full stock rotation and hygiene of the section.
• Maintaining the high level of standard set by the Head Chef in menu dishes, service performance and communication.
• Ensuring that the section is performing to the best of its abilities, to as high a standard as is possible, and the environment is safe and controlled.
• Making sure that quality control is being monitored on all fresh produce deliveries.
• Being involved in all menu development, costing and tastings.
• Must lead by example.
