Located in Queenstown's historic Archer's Cottage with spectacular lake views and signature roaring log fires inside and out, Botswana Butchery is one of Queenstown's most stylish and busiest restaurants.

Duties involved will include:

·         Consistency through all sections in the kitchen.
·         Maintain a high standard of food.
·         Training of chefs.
·         Maintain food costs.
·         Ability to work on all sections.
