Primary Responsibilities:

  1. Culinary Expertise: Precisely and creatively execute menu offerings to guarantee superb flavor and impeccable presentation.
  2. Kitchen Leadership: Collaborate with the Head Chef in guiding the kitchen brigade, overseeing junior chefs, and maintaining a harmonious kitchen environment.
  3. Quality Assurance: Uphold rigorous standards for food quality and uniformity.
  4. Inventory Oversight: Participate in the management of kitchen inventory and the procurement of necessary supplies.
  5. Safety & Sanitation: Strictly adhere to food safety and hygiene protocols to ensure a clean and secure workspace.
  6. Culinary Innovation: Work closely with our culinary team to devise fresh menu selections and seasonal specials.
  7. Customer Satisfaction: Contribute to an exceptional dining experience by consistently delivering delicious and expertly prepared dishes.
