Based at Adelaide Airport, we are looking for casual crew at our outlet - Penfolds Wine Bar and Kitchen. As a brand new site which opened February 2020 you'll be part of the building blocks to a premium and must visit destination at the newly renovated Airport.

With over 90 Hudsons Coffee outlets and 17 Bars / Restaurants in our portfolio (and expanding!!) we take pride in developing our teams and taking a journey together to grow our business and ourselves! Our teams have a unique opportunity to learn from some of the best in the industry both locally and globally.

What You'll Be Doing;

• Being the champion for ELRA's vision & values.
• Working a casual roster across Sunday - Friday afternoons and evening roster
• Providing bar and service and taking food orders
• Serve cocktails, beers, spirts and of course the world class wines on offer by Penfolds
• Consistently creating unrivalled customer experiences.
• Serve our valued customers with enthusiasm
• All whilst following ELRA policies, guidelines and procedures

What You'll Need;

• Experience looked on favourably but not essential 'we hire on smiles'
• Must have own reliable transportation
• A passion for great customer service!
• RSA Certificate or a willingness to obtain one
• A focus on continuous improvement & exceeding customers' expectations every time to create loyal customer
• A keen focus on processes and compliance & ensuring quality every time!
• Energy, positivity & resilience with a keen focus on motivating others
• Target orientated and career driven with the passion and abilities to be successful
