JOB DESCRIPTION

Laurent Bakery has always been driven by love and respect for the craft of French artisan baking and exists as a homage to the values of a village bakery.

Our company is growing and with it comes new exciting opportunities for experienced Full Time and Part time Cafe All Rounders in our Albert Park location.

 

Responsibilities

As Full Time all rounder, you will work collaboratively with the store manager and Assistant Manager to ensure stores and company objectives are achieved.

REQUIREMENTS

What you will bring

  • Hands on mindset and high energy to keep with the fast paced environment of our cafes
  • You will perform all stores duties (Cashier, waiting table, Barista, kitchen hand)
  • We can provide Barista training and help you become a coffee expert.
  • Deliver and maintain the highest standard in Branding with our lovely customers
  • Exposure to large stock volumes and stock management
  • High personal standards in providing superior customer service
  • Weekend and public holiday work will be required
  • Previous experience in hospitality or food & beverage industry is a plus

Induction/onboarding required prior to starting role
