JOB DESCRIPTION

Our busy cafe situated on Cronulla beach, requires a keen person to train as a Barista to join our Professional & Quirky team. 

We are looking for someone who is keen to learn and can be trained as a Barista. 

The idea candidtae must be passionate about delivery high quality coffee, enjoy being busy, have a great attitude with customers and our team

 

What we can offer:

  • approx 30-35 hrs per week, possibly more at times. Hourly rate, casual position, some flexiblitiy required due to being dependant on the weather.

RECOMMENDED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE

All-rounder
Barista

Please note: You should have a minimum up to 1 year previous experience in the above or similar roles.

REQUIREMENTS

What we Require:

  • Experienced working in a good enviroment
  • Have focus & ability to operate in high volume environment
  • Friendly customer service skills ability to work in a team
  • Be well presented & enjoy a team environment, cleaning and general day to day chores and willing to help with in othes areas of the cafe as required. 
  • receiving stock deliveries and assisitng the team with stock being put away
  • Must be available early starts weekdays and weekends, school holidays and public holidays.
