The Role:
  
We are on the hunt for an experienced Assistant Manager with extensive bar and beverage experience to own Abercrombie’s beverage program.
  
Having worked in some of Sydney’s most reputable cocktail bars and beverage focused establishments, you will have exceptional knowledge of developing on trend cocktail lists, working with suppliers, training and upskilling the team and collaborating with our Group Beverage team in creating a one of a kind offering for Abercrombie.
  
The role will involve all of the venue essentials including the day to day running of the shift, opening and closing the venue, back of house administration and banking, training and developing the team, hiring staff, rostering and assisting patrons. Motivating, inspiring and training your team will be at the forefront and ensuring the patron experience is paramount.
