Lux Expresso is looking for a motivated, experienced, relaible Barista to join the Lux Team!

Our operating hours are weekdays 6am - 4pm and weekends 8am - 3pm

This job will require you to work wednesday - Sunday making approximately 50kg coffee a week 

Using Superior Campos Coffee on a 3 group head La Marzocco, you will need to have worked with specalist coffee previously with experince in weighing shots and really understanding the ins and out of coffee!

This position also requires you to be trained as an all rounder so you will also be serving customers and making cold drinks at times 

A Successful candidate will have:

- a drivers license and transportation as there is no public transport options

- Minimum 2 years experience as a barista working with specialised coffee preferably Campos and weighing shots

- Monitor staff and service quality

- Exceptional customer service skills

- Motivate/train staff

• You will need to love hospitality, working in a great team and serving the public
• You must be able to demonstrate a bright, bubbly, friendly personality and have a natural aptitude for providing the highest level of customer service
• You will have an eye for detail, excellent personal presentation, a committed work ethic and a professional and confident communication style
• In addition to working behind the coffee machine you will be involved in all general cafe work including food handling, table/counter service, cash/eftpos handling, & maintaining cleanliness standards
• Applicants must be flexible and be available to work a variety of day and weekend shifts
